The patented REBLOC technologies enable you to meet the most stringent safety specifications that also benchmark in terms of rapid installation and cost-effectiveness.
The Rebloc range covers a broad containment level spectrum enabling you to plan the works scheme in line with the specific requirements along its route. All products can be connected to other Vehicle Restraint Systems within the Asset-VRS range, including Zoneguard. The RB140SFS barrier is a freestanding solution with a system performance of H4a W4 (EN1317-2). The system provides the highest level of protection for both network assets and the travelling public whether adjacent to or over structures, water and/or rail. The RB80SA system provides N2 containment with various working widths dependant on anchorage; the RB80SA systems are only 300mm wide and are ideal when little space is available such as contraflows.
Multibloc and Maxibloc
Multibloc is a self-weighted freestanding TVRS with an N2W3 performance level (EN1317-2). It is also available as a fenced system, Multibloc F-1200 and F-1800, offering overall heights of both 2m and 2.6m. With an N1W2 containment level they offer site security and protection to the travelling public and workers. Maxibloc is tested to EN 1317, providing H4a/W5 containment when surface mounted (Maxibloc-S) and H4a/W2 when recessed (Maxibloc-R). This is the smallest working width for a TVRS in the world. Maxibloc’s principal design feature is to deflect HGVs from bridge supports and other vulnerable structures. It provides very effective temporary parapet protection during works and can also be fitted with a fence system.
N2 to H4a containment classes available.
Our concrete barriers are pre-cast off-site meaning they are immediately operational upon deployment.
Tested to EN1317: H4a/W4 and N2W1.
Installation is safe and efficient with the integrated couplings. It is suitable for high risk areas such as bridge desks of water, rail and urban locations.
Narrow footprint - RB60/80 ranges.
The self weighted systems require no anchorage but still achieve a performance rating of N11W2 (EN 1317).
Can be connected to Zg Sys 4 for continuity of installation at structures with no anchorage.
Maxibloc is tested to EN 1317 and achieves H4a/W5 containment when surface mounted and H4a/W2 when recessed.
